"The experience was the best we have had for the 2nd time in Makkah. Everything was good standard. The reception staff greeted us well. The bags were taken care of as soon as we entered. Hotel check in time was 4pm but we arrived at 8am in the morning. Made a request for early check-in but nothing was available, however, the receptionist kindly advised that when we come back from umrah around noon time he will have tried to find something for us. And he did when we were back from Umrah. The room was very clean and everything was available in the right place. Tea, coffee, water, toileteries, towels, toilet paper roll. The iron was also available in the room with the ironing board. All electrics were working and wifi signals were strong too. Every hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming and looked after us. They even arranged the cab to the makkah rail station for us at a competitive rate. The prayer room was very neat and clean and easily accessible. If you are bringing your parents, it's one of the best hotels for them as no complicated makkah tower problems. Straightforward 7-8 mins walk to the masjid al haram gate. Overall, the best customer service and worth the price. You can focus on the Umrah and other ibaadah and not worry about anything."

"Great hotel to stay and near the Haram not far. Nice neighborhood the only thing that I didn’t like is security guards. I have my family with me and my ride stoped between tower 1 and 2 and the bus came and stopped for my family to come out and the security guards tell them to run them over. "

"We’ve stayed at this property multiple times in the past, and it’s always a fantastic place to be. However, I have one complaint: the staff’s rudeness during breakfast hours. I understand that you’re fully booked and have a lot of foot traffic in the morning, but you need to plan better and teach your staff manners when interacting with guests. The staff was extremely busy and didn’t seem to try to listen to our requests. Dinner hour were good as expected. Thanks to Mr Ashraf ( New manager ) for his hospitality during dinner hours "
