Huge room, comfy bed, best pillows in any hotel, Bathrooms in need of a renovation but still clean and functional. "My husband and I stayed for 3 nights to go to Taylor Swift’s concert in Liverpool! The hotel admin was very sweet to present us a handwritten note with Taylor Swift’s photo on it :))) The location of the hotel is very convenient, in the middle of the city and close to many eateries and stores. "The room had A LOT of USB and power outlets, they already had the pull-out made for my daughter upon arrival. The staff is very friendly, breakfast was very good. It is not close to the city center, but you can walk to a bus stop or call an Uber. They have a lift available for the higher floors."

"We couldn’t get a early check in so left our bags so suggestion is that we had sign in and just needed to collect our keys so when we came back there was a queue that we had to wait then so my be just a collection point for keys would be good rather than queue again "

"Room was disappointly small, hardly any room to move. Asked if any other rooms were available and was told no. Bed comfy, good linens. Room wasnt made up, switched of the do not disturb sign at 11.45am,had a knock on the door at 4pm asking if we wanted the room done, just took clean towels as getting ready to go out at that point. Good bar and excellent singer on the saturday night. Excellent location, very central for anything in the city."
