"This is one of the most delightful hotels I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect for us. Rooms are lovely bed super comfy. The foyer and courtyard are so pretty I recommend the spa where I had probably the best treatments ever. Food in the restaurant is delicious. What really makes this hotel is the staff they are wonderful. I really can’t think of anything negative to say. Thank you for a wonderful 3 days "

"Room 202, my bed firm in middle, but left and right side was sinking if you lay on it. I informed the front desk when I checked out, hopefully will fix that. Bedsheets nice and soft, good 4 pillows and the room very clean, the bathroom a bit dark, the like on the sink having problem. Water pressure is okay with single point hot water line. The towels are nice and white. Location was excellent near Street Pub, The River Night market, Old Market and CDF Angkor Duty Free for airport shuttle. ...

"This was our last hotel in our 2 week Cambodia trip & it was a fantastic way to end. Everything from the hotel lobby to the huge bedroom, separate shower-room is beautiful. The bedding feels luxurious, my partner used the spa which was excellent & pool lovely. "i had an amazing short stay at the j7 in siem reap. i wanted a nice place to stay and relax at in between my travels in cambodia and this property was def a 5 star in my opinion. i used most of the property: buffet in the morning was delicious. i had an amazing massage downstairs with aunty for 1 hour - very good price. my room had a tub and i def took a bath. i will always choose to stay at the j7 again when i'm back next year and will bring my parents"

"I can’t say enough positive things about my stay at Hari Residence and Spa. From the moment of my arrival to my departure, I was made to feel genuinely welcome and special. The hotel is walking distance to action areas of Siem Reap; has a very nice and relaxed rooftop pool and patio. Room had everything I needed. Excellent breakfast buffet where every request is fulfilled. The most impactful part of my stay, was the performance of their staff. No question was insignificant , no request was unimportant. From everyone at the front desk and lobby area, to the entire dining room/kitchen area; everyone is genuinely interested in assisting you. I would most definitely stay here again where I to return. "

"Absolutely faultless 99% of the time, I could see that on our last day the restaurant staff were hard pushed over the breakfast period as the service was not as good as the 3 mornings before. However everything else was superb. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future."
