"Simply Perfect. Everything was perfect from the bottom to the top. The facilities, the staff, the location, the restroom...EVERYTHING. We LOVED our stay here and I highly recommend it. You CAN NOT beat this location. It is perfect for access to Pub Street and shopping. The hotel restaurant is great but if you want more it's just around the corner. The staff way overwhelming friendly and helpful. They asked, but even privately I couldn't think of a single thing to recommend for improvement. PERFECT! "

"This is a great hotel just outside centre but only 5 minutes by tuk tuk.staff great and very helpful with trips, transport. Lovely pool area that is nicely shaded with nice pool temperature. Room large with all facilities, tv, AC etc and very clean"

"Absolutely amazing stay. The rooms were huge and very nice. Slight issue was that the AC struggled to cool the entire room because it was so big, but still nice. Amazing staff and service. We had Pikun as our personal assistant during our stay and he was the most helpful and nice person we've ever had the pleasure of being helped by. We felt like we were treated like royalty. The location was also very nice and convenient. Walking distance from Pub Street and Night Market. There's a nearby Laundry service (less than 1 min walk) that charges $1/Kg which is very cheap amd useful. They offered boxed breakfast when we had early morning excursions before 6am. Regular breakfast was decent, but I wish it was more obvious that certain items like meat slices and cheese were over ice so I could be confident in their freshness. The spa was great and very affordable to do once if combined with an$20USD/Person coupon that we had. Not sure if that coupon was due to or Loyalty status with Hotels.com or if everyone gets it. Very nice massage. Lastly, the hotel restaurant cost $39USD Per person for a 5 course meal with an Apsara show. The show was very nice to experience and should be seen by everyone coming to cambodia, but there are certainly more affordable shows available elsewhere. The show had some audio issues with the speakers, but great seats. The only downside, I didn't feel the food was worth the money. I didn't like the Khmer set I had. My wife's western set was decent. "

"Great location close to everything but a couple of blocks off the busiest street. Excellent breakfast and the staff were all eager to accommodate our requests. Having Mét the Tuk Tuk driver located in the lobby made it easy to tour around the city and temples at a very reasonable price. Would stay here again. "

"Exceptionally well located for the tourist area. The hotel staff did an excellent job of arranging a variety of excursions for me with very little notice. The hotel driver was very friendly and helpful, I used him for 3 days in a row. The guide service I only used for one day, but it was also excellent. The rooftop pool and bar is a great place to watch the sunset, and a good way to meet other travellers. "
