"This is an exceptional property with absolutely beautiful and quiet grounds, a gorgeous swimming pool, and the friendliest and most hospitable staff that you will find. There are relatively few guests unlike the big chain properties, so you will get individualized attention. "The Heritage Suites Hotel offers great amenities for an affordable price. We had a private pool in our suite! Staff are incredibly kind, helpful and reliable. I can only recommend that hotel, which I very much preferred to a past experience in Siem Reap in a well known international luxury brand hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay here and were disappointed to leave! The property was well maintained and safe, the rooms were very clean, spacious, and well decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable! Although it's a bit out of the downtown core we always found a tuk tuk immediately and it was just a $3 ride to downtown. The staff was always helpful when needed. I would go back in a heartbeat! "

"There is nothing not to like here. The staff will arrange anything you need and are very kind and patient. We are travelling with 2 learning disabled young adults and they were not fazed by their limited communication or request for straws...Rooms are comfortable and have a strong shower, shampoo and shower gel provided. Food is excellent and plenty. We arranged our temple visits and ongoing travel to Krati with them and it was reasonable and comfortable. Pool is pleasant and refreshing after a day sightseeing. Would definitely recommend. "
