My experience at Central Suites was mixed. The check-in process was unnecessarily slow—they require you to fill out a form with your phone number, even though they already contacted you on WhatsApp. Additionally, they repeatedly ask guests to sit down, without considering that some may prefer to stand. The room I stayed in faced an abandoned building just two meters away, completely blocking daylight. Soundproofing was also lacking, as conversations near the elevator were easily heard from inside the room. On the positive side, some staff members were genuinely kind and attentive, though this was inconsistent. The food was decent, but the coffee was quite bad. One convenient aspect was the availability of tuk-tuks directly from the hotel, making it easy to visit the temples. I also appreciated the late check-out option. Overall, the hotel has some strong points, but the check-in experience, room conditions, and noise levels could be improved.

What a nice hotel, especially for the price. I wish we could have stayed longer. I loved everything about it! Nice pool with swim up bar, extensive buffet breakfast included, fresh flowers and fruit in hotel room. Two toilets/showers in the family room. Very clean!

Exceptional service from everyone at the hotel. We had issues with our tour booking and airport transfers, but they were always ready to jump in and help. Staff were outstanding. The pool area was nice but seemed to have a portable pump so took away from the aesthetics a bit. The tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel entrance were constantly soliciting services which got tiresome after the second day but we understood their motivations… everyone needs to make a living. Restaurant options were excellent near the hotel and shopping and sightseeing options were walkable or accessible by tuk tuk. The hotel property is well maintained and had a generous selection for breakfast. Management is attentive and staff are very welcoming and delightful.

You are close enough to the hub of the city, pub street etc without being on top of it. Very quiet rooms, breakfast has a good variety of fruits and Asian style. The staff make the experience, remember your names play your favourite song at the pool bar always say hello etc. stayed for four nights very enjoyable. Some of the walls are a little rough and knocked about but this hotel represents exceptional value for money and again the staff are 10/10

Great spot all-around. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Rooms are large and very clean. Onsite restaurant is good - recommend the breakfast. Didn’t get a change to enjoy the pool but it also looked well maintained. Close to several good restaurants and massage spas.
