"They really have a lot of potential with this place. The proximity to beach 2 - which is a great family beach and nicer sand than beach 1- is perfect. The beach they built down by the river to watch boats and get some extra sand play with the kids, is amazing. "This is super convenient location. Walking distance to Wasaga beach area 1. Dining places are close by. Room is spacious having a very nice queen bed. Microwave fridge & dining table in the room. "

"The location of the motel was perfect for spending the day at the beach. It was a simple 2 min walk to the water. The motel itself was very disappointing. It is very run down and in serious need of renovations. Our “suite” had two bedrooms with bunk beds in both. The beds were not comfortable.
