This resort was very old but the front desk treatment I and my fellow travellers received has made it so I do not want to stay there again. I should not have to listen to an employee discuss business duties with her college about missing money while checking me into my stay. That is not my concern and certainly something that head office would want to be out there. It made me uncomfortable to the point I even questioned if my stay would be reflected correctly on my credit card. This same front desk employee was working during my stay and check out which was met with each interaction of an unhappy person who did not want to attend to any of my needs when asking questions as if I was inconveniencing her. I am just disappointed I spent so much money to have my stay ruined by this employee. The other employees on the site were very nice but when your front desk person is treating all visitors poorly sadly it reflects poorly on all. I am not alone in my complaints as there were other staying at this hotel at the same time and confirmed the concerns to the point this was a heated exchange with this employee and another guest that resulted in that employee embarrassing the client.

We had a Queen Bed and Jacuzzi tub room which was nice but it had about a five foot diameter circular window looking out along an illuminated exterior wall of the hotel and it had see through drapes which let the exterior light into our room all night. A pull down blind over it could solve the problem.

Room itself was fine. What was not ok, was being informed if a $200.00 deposit on the room that i would not get back for 5 to 10 business days. There was no visible mention that there would be auch a substantial charge when i booked the room.

We stayed at the hotel in Dec 2024. The facility is very old. It’s advertised “newly renovated” but i don’t see what’s see new in the room. The toilet is old and very yellow dirty looking. The drain for the shower is extremely slow. I would not recommend it

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and a pleasure to interact with. They made my check in and out process so smooth and quick. A special shout out to the receptionist who so kindly provided us with utensils after our food delivery service didn't include them. This made my night.
