Check-in process took too long and was overly complicated by staff who may not have been trained or was new to position. Conversely, check-out was a breeze and almost instant. The room/bathroom were clean. Stain spots were visible in some places on the bedding. We asked room service for a utensil during the evening hours and they responded quickly. The hotel is conveniently located 7 min. walking distance to the Village. No issues finding parking, which is first come, first serve. Hotel allows you to park prior to obtaining your room. Breakfast on site has a good menu, but it's pricey. Hotel provides voucher, which helps.

Property is very dated and carpeted rooms are not the cleanest given they are used by skiers and snowboarders. There isn't anywhere to store ski/snowboard equipment and not enough hooks to hang stuff. We are a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 young kids, the space was ok and we had to keep ski equipment in the car. Also the beds are very small (1 adult 1 under 8 is a squeeze). Bathroom is also very small with no bath. The location is great for skiing though, able to walk to 1 of the chairlifts. It reflected in the price of $800 for 3 nights. The compulsory resort fee includes mountain top skating, snow shoeing and canopy climbing with all rental equipment included $20 per night stay creadit that you can use towards good there. Swimming pool and 4 hot tubs are nice addition and a convenient microwave near the pool area. So if its your fist time in the area and you have enough time this place is not the worst.

Most of the staff are friendly, positive, and doing their best to provide good service. The daily cleaning and housekeeping are adequate. However, the overall maintenance of the premises leaves much to be desired. Seasonal and annual deep cleanings appear to have been neglected and routine inspections skipped. For example, the ventilation units in the rooms are dusty, and there are small but noticeable issues like missing hangers and non-functioning light bulbs. Additionally, the rooms do not include hotel slippers or robes, and the staff cannot provide them upon request. This is worth noting if you plan to use the hot tubs or pool area. On the plus side, the hotel offers direct access to the ski slopes and lifts, which is highly convenient for skiers.

The service was good. Though our room look like it hadn't been vacuumed and we had issues with our TV. We were also on a floor with dogs that barked constantly, it felt like the walls were paper thin, and we could clearly hear our room neighbours TV.
