Small TV and bed in the single room, but the quality of the furnishings and balcony more than made up for it. "From the outside, the building looks nice and clean. The back yard is also nice. Inside, there is no AC, the windows do not have a screen so bugs get in at night. The bathroom is very small the shower is dirty and had mildew in various spots in the tub. A mold spot on the ceiling in the shower & the shower curtain looks dirty and like it hadn’t been changed out in years. The bed blankets were filthy and had weird stains.
