"Great location in New Haven and very walkable to a lot of great restaurants. There is a parking deck across the street for a fee with adjoining bridge on the second floor between the parking garage and the hotel. Friendly staff at the lobby and beautiful lobby. Space. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Very clean and quiet on the 5 th floor. "

"Everything was excellent in the hotel property. It was safe and our vehicle was safe the whole time with a parking facility below the building. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are typical of the "My Pillow" in that when I laid my head on it, my head sunk and there was no support. So, if they could offer an alternative pillow, that would be great!"

He ensures that guests have everything they need in their rooms and consistently goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. The General Manager sets a great example by greeting all guests with warmth and professionalism. The rooms are clean, accommodating, and well-maintained—I’ve had no issues at all during my time here. Special recognition also goes to Nilda at the front desk. She does an outstanding job managing multiple tasks while treating every guest with care and efficiency. Pedro, the supervisor, is another standout—he’s approachable, understanding, and consistently exceeds expectations in his role. Overall, my experience at this Motel 6 has been excellent. The team truly cares about their guests, and it shows in every interaction"
