She found that our rooms were ready and checked us in. She step in to help without us asking and turned a miserable raining day to a happy memory for our family. Thank you."

"Checked in late due to a canceled flight out of Tweed airport in New Haven. After being frustrated and upset about the cancellation, it was a welcome pleasure to spend the night at this lovely hotel. We had an attractive large room with comfortable beds, which was just what we needed! The room had pleasant lighting, and was very clean, quiet and appealing. The bathroom was roomy, with a large shower and plenty of hot water. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Went to concert at Foxwoods on Memorial Day. The towers where booked for holiday. Picked this hotel based on cost and solid rating. Its older place but all good. shuttle was free and timely. The hilton didn't have a shuttle. I didn't do breakfast. "
