"We had an incredible stay at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our visit. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from our room; it truly made our time in New York feel magical. We chose this hotel because it’s the iconic filming location for Gossip Girl, and to our delight, two amazing staff members offered to give us a tour. That extra thoughtfulness made the experience so much more special and unforgettable."

"The hotel is undergoing refurbishment and we were fortunate to stay in a renovated room number 1931. Our room was a suite with a living room with two soak queen, sofa, beds, kitchen, a dining area, two bathrooms, one with a shower. The other is just toilet and sink as well as a completely separate king-size bedroom, the room suite was huge for New York standards huge by any standards and was very comfortable. Everything was new inside of it and it was perfect for our group of six. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a microwave and a nice sink however it doesn’t have any dishes or amenities to go with that. The check-in process was a bit slow. The lobby is really small but again it seems that it is going through renovations. The gym is open 24 hours, but not really well equipped some of the floors that we noticed as we went up the elevator are still old and based on some reviews that I’ve read I think the older floor is the experience wouldn’t be quite the same, but for us with this location, the size of our room it was absolutely just a perfect place for us to stay for three nights in July. I would definitely stay again."

"This was my first time staying at arlo it was my birthday. I had a beautiful room on an upper floor beautiful view ! Staff were so accommodating, friendly, and pleasant. Can’t wait to go back ! "

"Loved the hotel. Really interesting to look at the music memorabilia all around the hotel. Rooms and all public areas were lovely, comfortable, well- equipped and immaculate. Enjoyed visiting the rooftop bar. Housekeeping was excellent - the room looked like new each day. Staff so polite and friendly. "
