"All was very nice. We disnt realize the poil was only an outdoor pool and that it is (of course) closed in the winter). My daughter as Sensory Processing Disorder and nerds a piol to regulate after a day of many sensory experiences. I dont recall seeing anything on the wrbsote other than the icon for pool in the amenities area. We would have gone to a different hotel to meet her needs. "

"My stay here was excellent, the night I arrived they had a comedy show going on in the roof top bar, it seems like they have regular events going on, the room was clean and beautiful, the staff were all friendly and helpful, everything was within a short driving distance, I would stay here again."

"The hotel room was nice and clean. The bathroom was well maintained and the bed was comfortable. When I did have an issue with the shower door, staff were available within 10 minutes to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We loved our stay here. My teens loved the window nooks in our room, which was spacious with a great view. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate was a plus. They were able to accommodate an early check-in and hold our luggage on the last day since our flight was late and we still wanted to explore. The cold water is filtered in the room, so you don’t have to spend ridiculous money on bottled water. I could go on, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Nice staff and location. However the rooms were very basic. The floors in the rooms were vinyl. No carpet, so it didn’t not feel cozy at all. Heating system was hard to use. It got really hot at night and we weren’t able to adjust temp. They said it was broken and suggested we disable thermostat every night. Curtains and parts of bedding were polyester. Bed was hard- no boxspring and if you bumped the bed at all it sound move away from the wall. We felt like it was built like a new dorm building at a college. Bullet proof materials but not luxe at all! I also tried calling multiple times on our way in with pressing questions about parking. No one answered and when we got there the front desk person informed me that main number wasn’t working. Very frustrating. "
