Excellent value. We used this hotel for a layover. Breakfast has good selection. The shuttle was easy to use and the staff very friendly. The beds were comfortable and a nice variety of pillows.

How about i tell u what i didnt like about this property? We were checked into room 420 initially but when we get to its door it was still being cleaned and not ready. We waited. The staff readied it in 10 minutes. Great. But when we were putting our stuff there we saw the tables had a lots of dust, we told the cleanig lady about it and she splash cleaned it right away which created more flying dust in the room. We complained it to the front desk, they changed our room to 402 but we still feel that the 1st experience which will stay in our minds forever will be bad. We wont book it ever again. Sorry

What stood out to us the most were the friendly and accommodating staff at the front desk. However, we did have some issues with housekeeping repeatedly opening our room despite giving a specific time for them to come by, which was well before checkout. Looks like they’re rushing to get their work done. Additionally, the hair dryer was not working, and the toilet had flushing issues, seeming a bit clogged. We won’t be returning, but we hope the hotel can improve, especially since we were told there are ongoing renovations. I would recommend regular room inspections to ensure everything is in working order.

I stayed in between connecting flights, so the airport shuttle was very convenient. The hotel is very close to the highway, so the traffic is very noisy. But the room was comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff were all cheerful and helpful.

The best part about my Check In and this stay is that the customer service from the front desk person was outstanding and amazing. Very courteous very thoughtful very demure. Very caring. Also the parking and accessibility of the building is very easy and it’s a great location. I feel safe in the room and I like the foundation in the architecture of best Western hotels because it’s a consistent quality. The bedding is good. The sheets are clean. The room is clean. And not to mention the safety and security for belongings. It’s a very quiet location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody.

Reasonable hotel for a quick stay. Obviously an old building and the traffic on the main road can be loud. For the price and closeness to the airport it’s a good place for one night. Staff was good.

When i checked in there happened to be an intoxicated individual in the lobby and how the staff handled the situation was exceptional. Without being aggressive towards the individual they found a way to get him moving along and apologized profusely for the gentleman's behavior althouth it was no where near their responsibility and then did not charge the deposit for the inconvenience. The reception was excellent and i will not hesitate to book my next stay in Vancouver at this hotel.
