"Good: location, room size, all basic needs taken care of Less good: beds not that comfortable, mattress quality was reminiscent of a youth hostel; area is noisy at night; one window did not close properly so the room was noisier than necessary Strange: apparently an earlier guest had removed shelf boards from the closet and put them between mattress and box spring, perhaps to make the bed harder; the boards were still there, maid failed to notice them"

"The staff was very responsive with easy convenient communication via Whatsapp, even after hours. The apartment has everything you need, close grocery, and comfortable bedding. The kitchen has all the basics to make meals or just a cup of tea. Very walkable location. We appreciated the help booking early morning airport transfer. Would stay again! "

"Great location - close to everything This hotel is quirky and cute - I love their "do not disturb signs!". The beds are comfortable, the shower is good, the room is a good size. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the subway, trams and other places of interest. The staff is friendly and helpful. "Das Tigra was located in the InnereStadt; Therefore it was accessible to many museums, cathedrals, shops, restaurants, parks, etc. The staff were very helpful, especially the gentleman on the late evening into the morning shift. I became quite ill, and they were able to help me to arrange for a doctor to come to the hotel to see me. The housekeeping staff were also kind in helping us to maintain our room. We enjoyed our stay in Vienna very much!"
