"Pls ensure guests are able to watch CNA (channel news asia) in yr TV program. This particular channel always freezes when we ‘channel surf’. Thru out all our previous stays, without fail, we have consistently given our feedback to your team duriing check out about not being able to access CNA, which I believe is supposed to be part of the listed channels for all your in- house guests’. I am beginning to wonder if this is going to be the norm since nothing has been done till date. Appreciate...
