"Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Really checked most of the boxes: it is close to a few metro stations, right next to the Tokyo Dome and has a lot of shopping options. It didn’t have the greatest selection of restaurants and felt a bit outside of the main hotspots but being close to the metro was a good trade off. The room was nice and spacious! "

The hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious, beds were so comfortable. The bathroom like no other hotel. It has separate toilet room shower were separate room. And its so peaceful. "We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced. The bag holding room was amazing, as we could leave our bags, locked up and safe, until check in time. We didnt need to deal with too many staff but they were all helpful. I did have an issue with needing to change rooms, and while communication through expedia messaging was very slow (24hrs to reply to an email) staff were helpful at solving the problem. We were in the new Marlin rooms. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. There were a few noisy neighbours and we could hear banging and stomping, but in general it was quiet enough. Very conveniently located next to the train station and malls for shopping. The Disney bus was easy and convenient. My family especially loved the free toiletries room and the welcome lounge every evening with drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had absolutely stunning views of Tokyo from our room. The room was elegant and clean. You have to take an elevator up to get to the lobby of the hotel. Finding that the first time was a bit tricky but it was worth it!"

"The staffs were very friendly, the breakfast was bomb ! , rooms are very clean and great , location is wonderful , services are amazing ! , only the smoking room that needs attention the air circulation is not good. So From 1 to 10 , i would rate 9,7!! For sure friends and i will come back"
