"This was an amazing stay. From the people at the front desk, to the people maintaining the beautiful common areas to the cleanliness and spaciousness of our suite, it was a 10+. "This is quite an upscale but older hotel. Our room was great and recently remodeled. The bed was very comfortable. The suite had 2 rooms but difficulty getting the heat transferred uniformly to the bedroom and bathroom. We had reserved a handicap room, but we arrived and were told none available. So with my wife using as walker, we navigated to the 2nd floor of the distant building. Entry was only allowed through the front entrance so we had a long way to luggage our luggage. "The staff was very nice, special props for the receptionist who helped me. Comfortable beds, and has an enjoyable balcony. Air conditioner works slow but is effective over time; I actually had to turn it off because it was cooling so well, but then again, this is in January in Tampa. "I liked how each suite had a sitting room inbetween the "oasis" central area and the bedrooms - I bet it cut down on a lot of extra noise. The central oasis was a lot of fun and kept the kids contained and happy. The staff went out of their way to help us with our requests. The only negative thing I can think of was the sausage at the continental breakfast was served ice cold. But there were other things to eat."

"I liked the convenient location. I absolutely loved the online check in. When they said to add any special request I asked for a room with walking shower and a shower chair for my 93 y old mom it was done. I didn’t have to talk to anyone. The breakfast is reasonable and filling. The only thing and not a big deal, the chair in the room is too close to the bathroom door maybe a smaller one would be better when they are updating. "
