"Nice property. Newly renovated spacious rooms. pool and lounge area was very nice and relaxing. No restaurant/bar as advertised but still a nice stay. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was weak and some key condiments missing from the spread. No cream cheese or peanut butter for bagels, no yogurt and oatmeal was watery. "

"This motel is literally hidden in a business and gated community area, which is actually a nice feature. Had the BEST pull out sofa ever at any hotel we have stayed at, it was actually a sofa with a separate pullout trundle bed. Mattress and pillows were really soft, but okay. The downside of this location is that there was only one elevator working our entire stay. The breakfast area definitely needs to be enlarged, weird layout of the breakfast foods - need to upgrade to food stations like...

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. I liked they had free parking. Very clean. What I didnt like was we were told they only provided transportation Thursday to Sunday. We were there on Monday, the day before New Years Eve. Very dissapointing we were not told this ahead of time and ended up walking to Bush Gardens. Several people I heard talking about it and were upset about it also. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel."

"I made a reservation and paid for a room with a KING bed. When I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a room with 2 beds and told me that because I made the reservation through Expedia, they could not guarantee me a KING bed because they were already sold out. I didn't get what I paid for"
