Entering the room the floors was dirty. My key couldn't unlocked the door on first day and next day for some reason. My daughters felt itching first night sleeping King size bed. Breakfast was available but I've noticed it started before time frame. It was empty for a long time during time frame. Slept in the living room and there was noise from vent or AC unit a loud bang every few minutes I couldn't sleep. No extra towels at all in my room of 5 nor next day. I don't plan to come back. It was my first time here in Tampa.

The check in was the most simple I've ever had. I handed over an ID, and had keys to my room within a minute. The parking was convenient and safe. The room was very clean and neat. The only aspect I didn't like was breakfast. Those who travel frequently know what kind I'm talking about, egg mix, messy cream packets, styrofoam plates, cheap sausage patties. The property is very close to Busch Gardens, walking distance.

The room wasn’t that clean when we arrived. The toilet kept clogging every time we used the bathroom. Our room key stopped working on the 2nd night of Our stay. The staff never came and cleaned our room

Very clean. Very modern. No mold odors…which are common and expected in Florida best hotels I’m. Very quiet rooms. Loved it. Every bit as good as hotels charging twice as much.
