Terrible stay. There was a cockroach in my first room and the wall was torn out in the second room for repairs. Moved hotels immediately.

The staff are great but when I asked for additional 2 towels because there were only 2 and we had 4 people in the room. We never received them and had to ask the cleaning lady that was down the hall cleaning another room after waiting over an hour. Breakfast was ok but some people took more than needed and my daughter was disappointed when there were no pancakes left. Room was ok but air conditioner worked when it wanted. Overall they are trying to upgrade and the facility nicer. Parking was hard as there were 4 construction trucks blocking a lot of the spots. Our neighbors were not so nice and very noisy till 1am and the TV thorough out the night.

Property is good for price. Cleaniness is not 10/10, few minor things with sheets, and few outside bugs. However, is it very close to Busch Gardens and many food options. Very nice pool, front desk staff is very friendly !!!
