"We loved our stay! The resort was newer, and on a beautiful and quiet beach, and the service was exceptional! The staff was very attentive. We use the spa twice and it was amazing! Special shout out to Mon and Koi at the spa! Restaurant food was very good with a lot of options. We did not do the meal plan due to the limited menu choices for dinner. The regular menu has a lot of options. The resort is close to the airport and away from the busy part of town. However there isn’t much in the immediate area and nothing is walkable. Our room was exceptional!! It’s big with all amenities. There are some quiet shady areas to sit near the beach but space fills up quickly. Beach is great for swimming and lounging. Pools are nice too although we had our own pool, which was great too! A big thanks to the staff. They were all SO nice and accommodating. "

"The staff was wonderfully, going so far as to include us in a birthday party celebration for one of there staff. Asked about our days plans in the morning and asked in the evening how it was. The cabins are air c9ndioned and clean. We had our own bathroom. The food was top notch as were the drinks. They made sure we had fresh bottled water everyday. The beach in the morning when no one else was awake was spectacular. We had tea and snack on the beach front in comfy chairs. We also got Thai massages and those ladies rock, it was a blast we hated to leave and desperately want to come back soon."

"We were blown away by SALA, the property is exceptional and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The restaurant offering is outstanding in both Thai and Western cuisines and the Spa was also very good. The Mai Khao area is much quieter than other areas on Phuket but has a nice feel to it and suited us (family with a 3 year old) perfectly. Would highly recommend and will definitely return at some stage. Only downsides to the stay was the beach was closed for swimming due to rough waves and there was quite a lot of rubbish washed in from the surf (both outside the resorts control)"
