"Fieldways is a property with "potential"! It's easy to find, plenty of parking, lovely staff and very

-friendly, with a place to walk right next to it. However, it's suffering from neglect, some of which would not take much fixing and would make a great difference. The garden is wonderful but overgrown. Despite the busy road it's a peaceful spot, so a bench to sit and listen to the birds would be nice!
