"This property maintains its cleanliness. Very comfortable. So Close to Vatican. They serve great breakfast. Staff is very helpful and answers concerns right away. "

"Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms where everything works. A less-than 5 minute walk to the tram is very helpful for both airport transportation and for getting you across the river quickly. The only caveat is the church bell which seems to constantly ring all day and night. Didn’t really bother me, but if you need dead silence to sleep it may bother you."

"The staff were so helpful, especially with our 4am early checkout to get to the airport. Having the breakfast option, even just to get coffee and a pastry before heading out in the morning, was an absolute must. This is also just a great location as far as access to central Rome. There’s a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and it literally takes like 5 minutes to walk to the pantheon and some of the best coffee shops in the area. Some of the amenities are dated (the elevators for example)...

"Nice rooms and good service amenities. As is common with Roman rooms, you’re not sure if you’re in an apartment building or condo or a hotel, every floor seems different, but the service was great. As was the location, cleanliness, and service. One thing that is difficult is getting a cab or ride share in the area. Limited pick up area makes for tight drop off/pick up. That’s my only negative about the overall experience there. "
