"We enjoyed our time and found the staff to be most helpful and kind. The room was a decent size and the bathroom spacious enough with good water pressure. The breakfast was decent with a variety of choices. It was buffet style. On our way from the terminal station to the hotel on a crowded bus , 2 stops from the hotel I was pickpocketed by a clever woman. Without credit cards was upsetting but the staff at the hotel were particularly kind and allowed me to use their phone etc to cancel credit cards. "

"We stayed for two nights in this lovely hotel in Trastevere. It was exceptionally clean and in a lovely area, which, while maybe just under a 20 min walk to ancient sites, is very well-connected by transit and very easy to explore Trastevere by foot, which is a wonderful experience. The walk is also lovely, we enjoyed crossing the Tiber and taking in the history. Breakfast was nice, and if you don’t want to have it there, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. We also enjoyed the lovely rooftop bar. The staff were also very kind. We will be back!"

"This property deserves a much higher rating than what is given online. Although it states 3 star hotel, it should be ranked a lot higher due to the convenient location in the heart of Trastevere, the friendliest staff, and the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel itself. It is very secure as you have to be let in through a gate and let out through the same gate so it makes you feel safe. If you’re looking for all inclusive or fancy, this is not the place but the genuine service and environment would give it that feel. "

"The people that work there both at the desk and serving breakfast were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there because of the people. The location was very convenient too."
