"This was our first trip to Rome and we made a great choice to stay in Trastevere (thanks to advice from recent travellers). Laura made us feel welcome from day one, helping us to find our way around Rome, offering great recommendations for restaurants and general assistance. The location is superb, easy walk into to central Rome, whilst having access to a plethora of restaurants, cafes & bars in and around Trastevere. Our room was what we expected, decent size for Rome and price range. "

"We enjoyed our stay overall, the room service was hot and miss, had pizza in the city, so I thought hotel would be close, but I was disappointed, some of the pasta was very salty and not up to par. The dining room was excellent, enjoyed our experience. Spa was really enjoyable. I'd come back again. Also the discretionary fee they add at end for tips for staff was relatively high, especially since I tip most service, don't mind the fee, just thought it was high."
