"The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. It's in a good location near to shops, restaurants and bars as well as transport. Check in is 2 minutes away from where the rooms are but this is not a problem. Two small issues for us were: 1 We emailed the hotel about dropping bags before check in. The emails were not answered. When we called the number they gave us it was not answered. It was disappointing. 2 There was an unpleasant smell coming from the washing machine."

"Very nice stay with easy access to Shichijo station. Location is excellent to reach Kyoto station, many temples and shrines, Gion as well other shopping areas.
