"Very private accomodation in a convenient location with parking. Lots of restaurants in the area and not too far from the falls. The owners were very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast, although the breakfast options were very limited it tasted good. The room was clean and had everything we needed, it was just very loud and bright at night from the street next to the house. "

"I booked this trip for my parents and upon arrival they needed to put down a $200 security deposit on a credit card and the man was kinda rude when they asked him to try a debt instead. Over all they seemed to like their stay."

"Parking was a hassle as we had to shuttle off site, Arcade room had some non working games such as deflated basketballs, some games took tokens and didn’t work at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Great place to stay with easy walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet during our stay. Parking onsite (extra $ ??) was easily accessible. Lots of eateries not far from the hotel. Pool was nice but cold. Had a nice workout area. Would stay again! "

"We’ve stayed at many hotels in Niagara and I think this is our new favourite hotel. It has a great breakfast with lots of options. It is clean, modern and comfortable. You have to pay for parking but it is walking distance to restaurants and the attractions at Clifton Hills. If good weather, it is walkable to the falls. The front desk staff was friendly. It also has 2 EV chargers. "

Magical Evening

"I had an unforgettable stay at the Oakes Hotel in Niagara Falls, especially given the snowy weather during Family Day weekend. The check-in staff were fantastic, setting the tone for a great stay. When I first arrived at my room, the layout was a little unusual, but it made for a fun story to share. At first, the windows were frozen over, so I couldn't enjoy the iconic view of the falls, which was a bit of a letdown. However, after exploring the area for a few hours, I returned to the most magical sight—the falls in all their glory, visible through my windows! The experience was truly special, and I’ll always cherish the memories. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I can’t wait to return someday."
