"Staying at the Tower Hotel Fallsview was the best decision we could have made. The hotel is a must do at least once in your lifetime. This hotel has been part of the Niagara Falls skyline for decades under multiple names and management but has always been on my "must stay there" list. I'm thrilled that we finally were able to start there. To start, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly from the moment we arrived. Check-in was a breeze. Off-site parking Wes great thanks to a shuttle that offers free pick-up and drop-off. The room was wonderful, offering a spectacular view of the falls and was newly renovated. The care in planning the layout of the room and bathroom is evident. The hotel also offers an IHOP which turns into the Sky restaurant in the evening. Every seat provides another incredible view of the Falls and dining staff were accommodating and friendly. Price for the room was as expected for a magnificent view of the falls and well worth it. We had an absolutely amazing time! "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, clean and well decorated room. The only negative I had, was a problem with the TV. However I think it might have been due to a storm coming, disrupting the Internet. Free coffee and muffins for breakfast, also free coffee and tea in the room. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine clean and works well. I actually extended my stay by a day and got a discount. Was also offered a return customer discount. Best vacation I've had. Would definitely recommend them to anyone."
