The room was very comfortable and clean. The food is really good (extra cost are required if you want to eat here). There is lots of shopping areas and it is located right beside union station, which is very convenient for travellers."

"My fiancé and I spent two nights at the Novotel hotel. At the beginning there was a mishap with our room where we were sent to a room that was already occupied and were unable to get in. We only knew there were people in there because the people came to lock the door (understandable). Because of that, we were offered an upgraded room. The room was clean and comfortable. I am a bit picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness and this room passed my expectations. My fiancé and I both agree that we would go back to the Novotel again. "
