"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at St Giles Boulevard Hotel. However, on the day of check-in, although we headed to Zone H for parking, there were no directional signs to guide us on where the hotel lobby was or which section we should be parking. Unlike The Gardens Hotel which we stayed on a few occasions, directional signs are there hence parking's not a problem. When we asked not to be disturbed, he couldn’t do housekeeping so left essentials like toilet paper and shower soap on the door. Never had anything like it before - above and beyond.
