"Overall my stay wasn't bad. My only issues were that my private bathroom was not private. It was the communal bathroom for the social area and looked like it was cleaned monthly. I found lots of dust and hair and two of the lightbulbs were burnt out. The bedroom was nice but while the rest of the house stayed warm, the room was always cold."

"Expedia... Do you know this property charges a $15 per day parking fee to park in their parking lot? This was A lovely hotel with the most amazing free breakfast , some rooms are under renovation but our "old" room was great. But the parking fee seems really petty."

"Hotel is under construction. Only one elevator was working, and we were at the opposite end of the hotel, near the construction. Will be nice when it is done. But didn’t appreciate my husband having to either walk stairs, or hike on his bad feet to the other end of the hotel to catch an elevator. All handicap rooms should be near an elevator. "

"The staff is truly what makes this a 5 star property! Everyone is kind from the moment you walk in the door! The ladies work hard to have breakfast on time, and anything you need just ask and they will get it for you or tell you where to get it. Lots of repeat customers and long stays, no wonder it is always booked unlike others."

"I've had really good experiences at most of the Best Western Plus facilities I've stayed in. They seem to have recently renovated all of their facilities and this property was no different. The only issue I had staying here was that we found a used pair of fishnets tucked under the mattress, hence the average rating for cleanliness."
