Customer service was terrible. I called for extra towels. There where only two bath towels and my family was composed of two adults and three kids. I called for extra towels and was informed that the laundry service was closed. PATHETIC!! I know they hsve extra towels!!!

It is clear that the rooms are occupied by people that live there. The grounds were not well kept. There were cars parked that appear to not be running, no license plate and full of leaves. Would not be staying here again.
