"Overall, our three days stay in this hotel was very good. The location, location, location! Location is charming, walkable to the Bridge, Opera House and all restaurants and entertainment in the area. Service was great too. Very nice people. Our studio room was good with small kitchen, very clean comfortable bed with partial view to the bay. Negative part: the bathroom is very dated-chipped bathtub, rusty parts on the shower door. Last day was rainy and we found a running cockroach in the bathroom. But it was a very good stay overall. "

"After a long international flight our room was available early and they allowed us to check into our room early so we could cleanup and nap. Saved the day. Everyone was very nice."

"The beds were comfortable and the room clean. The bathrooms are tiny but for a stay waiting on a flight it was great. They do not offer breakfast but have several options next door. They did not have a freezer for my medication flask and as TSA required it to be frozen I had to go next door to their more expensive hotel brand and ask them to freeze it for me which they did happily. Only downside was that they did not have a luggage trolley available and we had six bags and a wheelchair. "

"Excellent accommodations...great room, bed, location, view of Opera House (paid for upgrade when checking in...good salesperson at front desk). Only negative was over-priced average restaurant in lobby, but only made that mistake once...plenty of other dining options within walking distance. "
