"The property was clean, but very small bedrooms. You had to climb over the bed in one room to get to the right-hand spot of the bed. We couldn't control the heat so we got very cold as the temps were in the low 30s. Host had set on a timer and complained about previous guests using too much heat. Host insisted on meeting and chatted with us too much; this is an invasion of privacy and stressful on a vacay. "Excellent Stay at this quirky property. Definitely, my go to property for staying in Liverpool. Only downside was access to the spa for residents needs to be booked and costs which proved to not be value for money due to the limited time available to us. "

"Location is fantastic, right in the centre by Liverpool One and a short walk to the docks. The staff were all lovely and friendly. We staying in room 301 a junior suite. Really spacious room and bathroom. I'm guessing the bed was a super king, very comfy. Kettle with proper sized cups, so you can have a decent brew. We travelled in November and there was no shortage of heating in the room. Would definitely stay here again."

Room Comfortable

"The room was amazing room 122.Comfy bed a little bit high off the floor though.Room was lovely and Warm,toilet was nice with toiletries the shower old but good power.Tv not working but lots of lovely mirrors lamp on bedside and hairdryer too.No Kettle with teas/coffees and biscuits and No bin. The Person on Reception Luc Didnt tell us It was a Maze to get to Our room and A Block and B Block the Signs very Misleading and Up and Downstairs."

Fabulous time

"Great stay check in really swift room fab clean the room we vooked also gave us access to the club room. Which allowed you to have tea coffee soft drinks snacks anytime. Between 5-7 you could have a good selection of alcoholic drinks and hot snacks which was a nice surprise "
