"My hotel room was close to the marina where the rest of my family was staying. Management was great they sent me a free drink voucher everyday I was there because my room when arriving had a few minor issues (an inoperable mini fridge and someone left a few boxes behind below the tv). It would also be nice to have new yoga matts in the gym. All in all it was an enjoyable stay! I sincerely mean that. "

"This hotel was in a very good location. It was modern and clean. My room was comfortable. Both of us thought the pillows on the bed were a little too firm. We paid for early check in pre-arrival but when we got there it wasn’t available. We arrived at 10:30 AM and we’re not able to get into our room until 1:30 PM. "Excellent stay. The staff at this hotel are amazing. From Earl, William, Kim and the team in the exec lounge to Babu and the guys on the beach they looked after us so well. Hotel itself was spotless and had some great eating options, Tori and Indian were very good. "The location of the hotel is near a metro station making it fairly easy to use the metro. The room were clean and quite organised. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel should desist from charging for an early check in, too commercial in my view. Meals, the staff instisted on payments instead of just automatically charging the room."
