"Rooms are nice and recently renovated. Close to lots of restaurants and fast-food places. The grounds and pool area are great and are right next to the beach and The Walk. Most staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurants on site serve great food and drinks, although somewhat expensive, the buffet breakfast has plenty of choice. Very easy access to taxis, trams and tours."

"Second visit to this hotel, although the first visit was 10yrs ago. I would return, although I would request a higher floor given the noise from the traffic on JBR and the hotel lounge music. The hotel balcony doors probably need further glazing to prevent the noise. The room was lovely, and the view and balcony amazing. The hotel carpet leading along the corridor to the room seemed to smell strange, of ammonia. Maybe this needs replacing unless it was insect spray! The pool staff are amazing,...
