"Generally, a very nice hotel. Services are excellent. Sink-tap in the bathroom is not great design; splashing water all over, unless you use it in a very low pressure. Seems like toilet doesn’t have a ventilation, just an air condition. Other than the above, great hotel, good location and nice food. I thank the Mr. Akram Jaldin for the great service and hospitality."

"I loved my stay at the four points the location is superb right on the financial district station red line. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. From the staff on the front doors, check in was polite and easy the guys and ladies near the elevators, organising taxis, the trip and spa coordinates near the elevators were informative but not harassing which is lovely. I mentioned to the receptionist and was advised to talk to Expedia and change it since I booked through Expedia and I did so. Expedia talked to the hotel management but they didn’t change and I ended up paying for two nights and stayed only from 8:00am to 10:00 pm. "

"The reception manager is best Ms Salma. She is helping here reception employees whenever everyone is busy. Handler was helpful and friendly. Room service and bed sheets are clean. 5 minutes walk to metro station. It has a beautiful view of the Shaykh zayed road and the Future museum. Thank you"
