"This was an excellent stay, location was amazing thanks to having the sea, sand, shopping, food, 24hour grocery, parking, taxis. The hotel it self was amazing, staff so helpful and attentive, room was big with an amazing view to the dubai eye and the beach. Room was clean and of a very high standard. Bed was huge with comfortsble mattress. Housekeeping do a top job here and lastly must say a huge tha k you to Promise the security guard who always welcomes you in and out but also checks to see if there is anything we need. Totally 5 star and will return back to this hotel. Price was better than all other 5 star hotels. Pictures of this hotel do not do it justice - you have to see it and appreciate it when there. "

"Perfect location near eateries, near the beach & shopping. Free shuttle to Emirates mall. Great selection of eateries at the hotel as well. "

"Located in a crowded pedestrian walking/shopping area near the beach. Always lively. Major drawback is traffic jams into and out of the neighborhood from mid-afternoon to late evening, though that's not the hotel's "fault." Hotel facilities and staff were fine."

"Excellent location. Pool is in the shade during January so we went to the connected beach. The shops were amazing on the strip outside with loads of restaurants and bars. We upgraded to a suite which was about £500 for the week which we more than got back in the exec lounge with breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour 6-8pm. It’s a little outdated but the location makes up for it. The one niggle I had, which is not a reflection on all the staff, was when I was trying to return a towel in the morning. I felt like I got told off for taking it to my room. When I went to my room the night before it was 10pm (we were in the pool side bar till late) and the towel hut was closed, so I took it upstairs as you do. I went to get a fresh one and was told ‘you don’t do that madam’. I’ve never had a problem taking towels upstairs before and wasn’t informed they couldn’t leave the pool area. I told them sorry, and they were closed, but felt embarrassed at the harsh tone. That is literally the only issue I had all week and it’s more a me thing than a hotel thing. Lovely stay "

"Our stay was amazing! Many thanks to Julie on front desk and her supervisor (unfortunately I forgot her name) for the great care of us! It was a pleasure to chat with both girls on reception. Breakfasts and dinners were tasty, big choices. Definitely will recommend to others!"
