"Quiet hotel, welcoming staff and service . Good location "

"The staff was excellent! They helped us with all of our questions. The only thing that was a problem was the homeless people sleeping near the front door. The outdoor area in front of the hotel (table & chair area) should be closed off at night. There were several homeless people making their home for the night & it didn't feel safe to pass them while getting to the front door, as it was locked & we had to get buzzed in by the staff. "

"The hotel is very clean and the room (two queen beds) was decent sized. The staff is very attentive. A nice, quiet location and we had a nice view of Tower Bridge. "

"Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Spa and pool are lovely, and it’s convenient to have so many restaurants in the lobby. Staff at times can be a bit dismissive and uppity, but most are nice. Keep in mind since it’s a members club too, so it is especially crowded on Thursday and Friday. I will say the neighborhood is nice but it isn’t charming as it is surrounding by banking and business buildings, so if you’re someone who loves a local cafe and shopping, I would recommend looking elsewhere and maybe getting a drink at the Ned. Lobby has great jazz and entertainment. Overall good experience. "

"From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Our check in was done by Raissa and honestly we couldn’t have asked for anyone more friendly, professional and helpful. The whole team from greeting at the door to checking out were fabulous and I look forward to starting again in the future. I would like to point out Raissa to her management team and it was an exemplary standard of how guests should be treated and very much appreciated. Thank you and I look forward to another stay soon. "Highly recommend this hotel! Check in with Hea (hope the spelling is correct) was faultless. She was so friendly and welcoming and even remembered us the next morning at check out, she went out of her way to come and ask if our stay had been a good one. My answer to that is it couldn’t have gone any better. The room was immaculate, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The staff left a lovely welcoming message and gift as we were celebrating our birthdays. Such a kind gesture. Powerful shower, robes, slippers, comfortable mattress and pillows.. what more do you you need! Well views, and that’s exactly what we got! Although in the middle of the city, the views of the Gherkin and Walkie talkie building particularly when lit up at night were amazing. The tube station is right next door to the hotel, so commuting was so easy. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. I would definitely return to this hotel. Every member of staff made us feel so welcome . Thank you for making our birthdays so memorable! "
