"Excellent all around. My husband and I take at least one trip up to the Catskills area per year, but it’s usually twice, and this is the best hotel we’ve experienced. Service was lovely. Especially enjoyed the included breakfast with excellent coffee and plenty of options. Unbelievable water pressure in the bathrooms. "Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business."

"The lodge was amazing. The rooms were huge and very very spacious, including the bathrooms. Extremely clean and the mattress and pillows were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever come across in a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and warm. Unfortunately they were shutting down for business and I was apparently the last guest to checkout! I wish they’d keep it running. I’d go back to the catskills just to stay there!"
