His other staff members Alfred was a great server, Alfredo was helpful upon our initial welcome, and Aaron making the night shift smooth. It was clean, smooth, delicious food, kid friendly. Julio was our concierge and go to person he was attentive and always updated us with activities and helped us with any questions or concerns. "We stayed for the first time at the TRS Yucatan after upgrading from White Sands. The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. The staff were super friendly and kind and always there to help if you needed anything. The only slight negative was the steak at any of the restaurants including El Gaucho was really stringy and tough to chew even a New York strip. We did the bonfire dinner on the beach, which was an extra charge but absolutely worth it. A huge shout out to our butler Alexx he was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. "
