"The staff was really helpful when we had to get a Taxi to take us to Big Buddha and then use the same taxi to take us to a different hotel located in Kamala Beach. "

"The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. The mini bar had some nice complimentary items. Unlike many places, the rooms were not serviced each day, nor was the water replaced. Our room had a door to an adjoining room, and we could hear everything that happened in the next room. The service we received was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay. "No elevator, so if you get a room on the ground floor, it’s the best value for a hotel available in all of Phuket. Staff is super friendly, location is perfect in phuket old town, what more could you ask for. We stayed 4 nights."

" just right distance from all the action in old town - really soft bed - weak hot shower - youngsters who man reception were more interested in cellphone (not asking for the world. Chg light bulb, safe didn't work etc) "

"Nice property, good location. The property is slightly dated (wall paper, carpet). I would say by far, I slept on the worst mattress during my travels, time to change/upgrade the bed. "

"A wonderful good value place to stay in Phuket. The owner was so flexible and helpful when we had to make last minute changes to our itinerary due to cancelled flights, and it was so easy to make ferry bookings to visit the islands through them. They have WiFi, are centrally located right in downtown, and the rooms were clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again!"

"First visit and won’t be the last! My son and I were only there 1 night. It’s so convenient to walk everywhere since they offered us a parking spot. Their cafe & restaurant is nice to have & delicious! The only thing was the AC unit. It kept clicking so might need servicing. Overall, great place!! Wonderful staff"

"This is the perfect starting home base in Phuket if you are trying to visit the local shops and clubs. You can get anything you need nearby. The hotel has a great party at the hotel with live music so expect that there will be noise until around 1am but common your going to be at the party and the other clubs and restaurants in the area that some are open past 5am. After 1am the noise is not bad at all and I slept great. I would for sure stay here again very clean safe place to stay. The style of the hotel is also so much fun."
