"My third time staying at Oakwood. Unbeatable location in Azabu Juban. Residential feel, less tourist crowds, and many restaurants in walking distance including Roppongi Hills/Tokyo Midtown (1st train stop away). Rooms are compact but offer kitchen and washer/dryer which is a huge bonus. Checkin wasn’t available until 3 exactly even though I got there at 9am. It would have been great if Oakwood could have offered flexibility without quoting me a full night charge to access my room early. I...

"like how close the property to the JR/subway line. Also, you will hear the train coming. but once the door/veranda doors are closed, its quiet. The space is a good size for a room in tokyo. 4 of us fit in the space quite comfortably! Also, the hosts are nice and approachable! will be back again!"

"Room is a little small but expected and spacious enough to have a round table which is nice for our family of four to sit around to snack at. Beds are big and comfy. Sofa beds are comfy too although a little short for a grown man. I like the shower room the best. Shower is hot and has good pressure, perfect after a long day of walking. Shopping malls, restaurants and subway are within walking distance. I recommend this place."

"AKiHABARA is not what it used to be,It smells and everything look very out of date and lots of very cute young girls trying to attract older men. The hotel rooms are very nice and staffs are pleasant "

The outside bath tub was a great luxury, even though the indoor bathroom was more than enough to treat us. The staff were helpful and pleasant. "I really love the location. The JR station is only a stop away from Ueno, and two stops away from Tokyo! Apartment is slightly far from the station after a day of walking and shopping, especially you are carrying so many things. There was renovation nearby which is the minus point. Receptionist was nice. Able store luggage before check in time. Luggages were in the room before we came back to check in. Pretty awesome. Apartment is big. Minus point is the microwave is spoilt.
