"We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers, especially to families! We traveled as a family of 5, having booked 2 rooms. Our children (ages 7 and 5) really enjoyed the bunk beds. The rooms are spacious, with a laundry/drying machine in each unit. They also provide the detergent for the laundry to use as well. The unit and bathroom are very clean. The only minor downside is that the bedroom uses 2 twin beds rather than a king bed - but I think this is the norm for Tokyo where there...

"I specifically requested a smoking room (hard to find), the property was very clean and quiet, the staff are English speaking and very helpful. Vending machine and laundrette on site, fresh towels, microwave, stove, shampoo, wash & free toothbrush provided. Highly recommended! "

"Spacious room and had everything we needed. We stayed in the Pokémon room with bunk beds which our son loved. Location is an easy walk to the main Ginza shopping area and train station and located in a quiet street. Staff came from diverse backgrounds and were super friendly, we also stayed on Mimaru in Kyoto and had the same great experience. "

"Super nice and spacious for our group of 4 adults. Really great neighborhood with lots of amazing dining, close to big shopping locations but just far enough away from the main hustle and bustle. Our one complaint is that the shower door leaks. They have instructions to shower facing away from the door but it seems like a quick fix to replace the seal on the door."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. The unit was huge compared to the places I have usually stayed at in Tokyo. It was also very clean and had everything you need including a Kitchen and Laundry machine. The laundry machine washes and dries so you do not have to worry about coming back to the machine to dry your clothes!! It is located close to the Tsukiji Market. It is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Tokyo!"
