Suzakumon Square

We didn’t expect to arrive at the property after a long trip and didn’t get to meet anyone. Everything has to be done electronically. The property manager sent us a link to complete the pre-check in process but the link didn’t work. We tried to request them to send it a different way but they never responded. I’m glad that Expedia representative be able to help us get the information to get in the building. Nobody’s in the lobby to greet us and we had to complete the check in process with the IPad. We would never come back to this place again.

It's a new hotel. The location is in between 2 stations so you can choose base on where you want to go or which one's convenient for you. A few steps away from Namba Shrine, convenient store and Cat Cafe. It was a nice area, quiet for a night sleep after a long shopping and sightseeing day. Everything is accessible and very easy to go anywhere. Staff are extremely helpful, lovely and friendly even with little English, they will try their best to help. Loved the washing machine and dryer, we have the supplies we need for our stay. We'll stay here again if we go back to Osaka. They are also very responsive if you email them with luggage storage before check in and accommodating for storage after check out, we were able to go out for a bit to eat lunch before catching our train to our next destination.
