The facilities are family-friendly, and the hotel staff, particularly the management team, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout my visit. Room Experience Room 321 AC Issues Unfortunately, my experience in Room 321 was negatively impacted by the air conditioning system. Despite my efforts, the room temperature consistently remained around 89°F and never reached a comfortable level. I learned from other guests that this issue may affect the entire 300s floor, suggesting a systemic problem with the HVAC system in that section. I trust management will address this matter promptly to ensure compliance with guest comfort standards and implied warranty of habitability. Staff Interactions Hotel Staff The hotel staff and management were courteous, responsive, and attentive to guest needs. Their commitment to customer service was evident, and they handled my concerns with understanding and professionalism. Sales Staff Conduct However, my experience with the timeshare sales staff was disappointing. One sales representative, while distracted by his phone, nearly collided with my child exiting the elevator and did not offer an apology or acknowledgment. This behavior falls short of the "

"Great location, clean stay "

"I liked the location right by the beach and the accessibility to local diners and grocery stores. All employees were very friendly as well. The hotel was generally very nice but when we moved in, we noticed some minor details, like a slightly dirty toilet seat, and slightly dirty floor by the entrance hallway to our two suites. It seems they were taken care of later but perhaps they were missed prior to our move in. Overall, it was a great experience and we loved it "
