Windows were covered with plastic bags, and the interior was poorly maintained with heavily stained carpets. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. Requiring ID and credit card online before traveling, I wasn't given the exact building or unit number until I arrived at the location. I had to spend quite a few minutes on the phone...
