Property is under a massive renovation, loud noise lot of workers everywhere but not just that the rooms aren’t clean anymore carpet it’s really dirty. Rooms do smell terrible . The Pool area was great.

This was my third time staying here! We have a few favorite employees . Larry is amazing so helpful and friendly. Bryan an marco at the tiki bar are great and down to earth! The corporate ppl who use the top should be more friendly and polite they are always there! They are renovating still so improvements are in the way! Cleanwise i asked for plates and silverware the one fork was dirty and there was like dirt or dust in the dish-rack. We do live coming here because its right on the beach and our fav employees remember us and welcome us back. Beach is great love the pool only thing i can say bad is get rid of the pool vip bs i pay to stay i should be able to sit where i want by the pool thats all.

We stayed here 3 years ago and had a better experience. This trip we had to be moved twice due to room condition and the third room we got put in was much better. Problem was Two of the nights we were there they were having events in their event room so it was extremely loud in our room until 11pm those nights. Pool area is very nice and I’m sure once the renovations are done the rest will be nice also.

The hotel is completely under construction, starting with the valet and the entire lobby! Pool was very nice! My room was not cleaned correctly I found food in the freezer from the prior guests. I expected a better outcome.

DO NOT stay at this hotel, it was the worst I have ever booked at. I have many photos and this review box doesn't allow enough characters for me to type everything that was wrong with the hotel but you definitely will be disgusted if you have to stay here. The hotel was DISGUSTING, every carpet was filthy, our room had exposed nails coming up through the floor, there were stains on the floors, on the pull out couch, and just overall was worse and dirtier than a cheap motel. We have photos of two different kinds of bugs, cockroaches and what I believe are bed bugs. It wasn't just one room, every room we were moved to had bugs and was filthy. When we told the front desk they didn't even seem surprised. We had to be shown multiple different rooms and every floor of the hotel was filthy. One manager did give us a discount for two nights, but I wouldn't have paid a cent for this hotel if I had a choice. We had booked in for the weekend Taylor Swift was in town so every other option was also already booked. Every time we walked past the front desk someone new was complaining about the hotel. I tried to speak to another manager about a different issue and she was so condescending and rude. A worker tried to get me to give my phone over so he could scan a QR code and leave a review - that must be the only way they have good reviews. They can't be genuine. Would leave negative stars if I could.
